Ship Part

A ship part is a piece of machinery or some other amenity that broke off of the Dolphin while it was entering the atmosphere of the Pikmin Planet at the beginning of Pikmin. These parts must be collected in order to repair the ship. There are 30 ship parts total, although only 25 of them are necessary to repair your ship enough to return to Hocotate. However, you must collect 4 of the unnecessary parts to gain access to The Final Trial area, and all 5 (for a total of 30 parts) to recieve the Happy Ending.
